Commercial banking platform for community banks

Commercial Banking Your Business Customers Actually Use

A single hub for payments, entitlements, and treasury tools, designed for commercial clients rather than adapted from a retail product.

  • ACH, wire, and RTP in one interface, with AI-read invoices filling in payment details.
  • Granular entitlements per entity and per user, matching how your clients are structured.
  • Approvals on mobile, so payments do not wait for someone to reach a desktop.

Built for business, not bolted onto retail

The common complaint about business banking software is that it is a consumer product with a business module attached. Linker starts from the commercial use case: multiple entities, multiple approvers, and payment workflows with real controls.

Entitlements from the ground up

Permissions are modeled per entity and per user, not layered on top of a single-owner retail account. A client with five entities does not need five logins.

Multi-entity by default

Owners, controllers, and accountants see the entities and accounts they are entitled to, in one session, with access isolated where it needs to be.

Workflows commercial teams expect

Initiation, review, and approval are separate steps with a clear audit trail, so treasury controls hold up without your team running them by email.

What your commercial clients get

Three capabilities in one platform, delivered together instead of as separate products behind separate logins.

Payments, unified

ACH, wire, and RTP in a single interface. AI-powered invoice upload reads vendor, amount, and payment details and auto-fills the payment, instead of re-keying from a PDF.

Control that matches your org chart

Granular entitlements per entity and per user. Business owners invite team members with custom, configurable permissions, and can isolate access to specific accounts.

Insight, not guesswork

An AI layer reads existing commercial relationship data and surfaces lending opportunities, such as credit eligibility signals, so your bankers know which conversations to have.

How a rollout runs

Four steps, in order. Each one is scoped in a working session with your commercial and treasury teams before it starts.

  1. Step 01

Discovery call on your commercial setup

We walk your current business banking stack, your treasury products, and how your clients are structured across entities, then agree on scope.

  2. Step 02

    Connect middleware to your core

The integration layer is configured against your core for real-time, two-way reads and writes, in a sandbox first.

  3. Step 03

Launch the payments hub and entitlements

Payments and permissioning go live together, so business clients get one place to initiate, approve, and control access from day one.

  4. Step 04

Layer on vendor onboarding, sweeps, and AI insights

Vendor onboarding, sweep accounts, and relationship intelligence come next, without re-touching core configuration.

Questions commercial teams ask us

Which payment rails are supported?

ACH, wire, and RTP, all initiated and approved in the same interface, with the same entitlement and approval rules applied across rails. Invoices uploaded to the hub are read automatically, so payment details are pre-filled rather than re-keyed.

How do entitlements work for an owner with multiple entities?

Entitlements are set per entity and per user. One owner signs in once and sees every entity they are entitled to, and they can invite team members with custom permissions, including isolating a user to a single account or a single entity. Initiation and approval rights are separate, so a controller can prepare a payment that only an approver can release.

Can payments be approved on mobile?

Yes. Approvers get the same payment detail, limits, and audit trail on mobile as on desktop, so a wire does not sit in a queue waiting for someone to get back to their laptop.

Who owns the data, and is it duplicated?

The bank owns its data, and the core remains the system of record. Linker holds only the operational data needed to run the commercial experience, such as session, profile, entitlement, and payment-workflow state, rather than maintaining a parallel copy of your ledger.

How is compliance handled?

Linker is SOC 2 and PCI compliant. Identity, KYB, and fraud checks run inside onboarding and payment flows, entitlement changes and approvals are logged with the user who made them, and records are retained and exportable for audit and examination.
